Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • powdered sugar
  • Fat and flour for the tray
  • 4 eggs
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 160 g flour
  • 40 g millet (millet flakes)
  • 220 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 350 g flour
  • 50 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the batter ingredients and spread it onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Top with prepared fruit (apples, cherries, or peaches), if desired, or bake the cake without fruit. Make a crumb topping from the listed ingredients and spread it over the batter or fruit. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. Drizzle the whipped cream over the hot cake. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
