simple, quick and only a few ingredients

Makes approximately 8 pizza loaves. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Prepare the bread dough mix according to the package instructions. Shape the rolls and flatten them to create “disks.” Tip: Moisten your hands with water before shaping. This will prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Cut the salami and Gouda into small cubes and mix with the cream cheese. Then season with pepper, salt, and paprika to taste. Be careful with the salt, as salami is generally quite salty. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the raw bread dough. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. The pizza loaves also taste delicious cold.
