Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 750g spaghetti
- 1,000 g minced meat, mixed
- 750g Gouda
- 500 ml cream or Cremefine
- 2 eggs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. marjoram
- n. B. Thyme
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 3 tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Grate the cheese. First mix the butter with the spaghetti, let it cool, then stir in a little of the cheese (this makes it easier to distribute the cheese). Set the remaining cheese aside. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Mix the minced meat with the eggs and cream, season with spices and chopped herbs. Spread the mixture over the spaghetti. Bake the casserole in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until the minced meat has browned. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on the casserole and sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. Briefly bake the casserole again until the cheese has melted.
