Mushroom flavor, surprising, seductive

Fry the gnocchi in a little oil until golden brown and then set aside. In the meantime, dice the onions, finely chop the chili, and slice the mushrooms. Next, fry the prawns with the crushed garlic in a little oil. Once the prawns have browned, add the onions, chili, and mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms are thoroughly cooked. Now add the tomato paste, fry briefly, and then deglaze the pan with the white wine. Cook until the white wine has largely evaporated, then stir in the cream cheese and cream. Finally, add the spices and a little of the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Serve with the remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley.
