Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g milk
- 250 g cream
- 120 g egg yolk
- 50 g sugar
- 60 g nougat
- 60 g chocolate coating, milk or dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes
Bring the milk, cream, salt, and vanilla to a boil. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Stir the hot milk/cream into the egg mixture in small portions. Rinse the pot, return the mixture to the pot, and heat, stirring constantly, to 80°C. Cut the nougat and chocolate coating into small pieces. Stir the hot mixture into the nougat mixture in small portions. Chill the ice cream mix thoroughly in the refrigerator. Add the alcohol before freezing. The amount of alcohol should be adjusted to your taste.
