Green smoothie with cherries and pear

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cherries
  • ½ pear(s)
  • 3 leaves of oak leaf lettuce
  • 4 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
  • Radishes, 3 – 4 leaves from the green
  • Kohlrabi, 3 – 4 leaves from the young green
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with oak leaf lettuce, parsley, kohlrabi and radish greens

Wash and pit the cherries and place them in a blender. Halve, peel, and core the pear (you can use the pear with the skin and core if you like), then add half of the pear to the cherries. Pluck 3-4 leaves each from the lettuce, radishes, and kohlrabi, wash them, and shake them dry, then add them to the blender. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and add them to the blender. Add a small amount of water and puree the mixture with an immersion blender, preferably with a powerful blender on high, until the smoothie is dark green. Add a little more water if needed. If desired, return to the refrigerator for a short time, but this green smoothie should be enjoyed as soon as possible.
