Mascarpone cream with chocolate ice cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g chocolate coating
  • 3 scoops of ice cream (chocolate)
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the mascarpone and quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Empty half of the cream into another bowl. Mix the first part of the cream with the cocoa powder. Chop half of the chocolate coating into small pieces and mix it with the second part of the cream. Melt the other half of the chocolate coating. Fill glasses or bowls with 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate cream, then top each with 2-3 tablespoons of cream with chocolate pieces. Place a scoop of chocolate ice cream on top, pour some melted chocolate over it, and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Tip: You can replace the mascarpone with quark; add sugar to taste. You can also add fruit such as grapes, strawberries, or cherries if you like.
