Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 gherkins
- 150 g poultry sausage
- 150 g sausage (poultry beer sausage)
- 300 g light smoked cheese
- 3 bell peppers, red, green, yellow
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant, mixed with 100 ml water
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- oregano

Clean the peppers, peel the onions, and cut them into very fine strips, just like the sausage, smoked cheese, and cucumbers. Place them in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the olive oil, garlic, broth, vinegar, and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold it in. Let it sit for at least an hour.
