Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 250 ml Cremefine
  • 2 large onions
  • 5 peppers
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cut the chicken breast into small mini schnitzels, season with salt and pepper, and fry briefly in a pan with a little hot fat. Drain the fat and spread the schnitzels on the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish. Finely chop the garlic, slice the onions into rings, and dice the bell peppers. Fry the onions and garlic in the chicken fat over medium heat until soft (15 minutes is fine). Add the bell peppers and fry briefly. Stir in the Cremefine and cream cheese, season with salt and pepper, and pour everything over the schnitzels. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or simply with baguette.
