Gnocchi casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g gnocchi from the refrigerated counter
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 250 g meat sausage (poultry sausage)
  • 250 g béchamel sauce
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with zucchini

Wash the zucchini and dice it. Dice the chicken sausage. Brown both in a pan with a little oil, then season with salt and pepper. Add the gnocchi and fry briefly. In the meantime, grease the casserole dish. Pour in the gnocchi mixture. Grate the Parmesan cheese. In a saucepan, bring the béchamel sauce, heavy cream, and crème fraîche to a boil with half of the grated Parmesan cheese, then pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with butter flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
