- 150 g butter, soft
- 50 g sugar

- 50 g sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 350 g blueberries

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the softened butter, 50g sugar, 1 egg, flour, wholemeal flour, and a teaspoon of baking powder in a bowl and knead into a dough (it’s best to knead). Pour the dough into a greased cake tin. Mix the quark, 50g sugar, 1 egg, and the vanilla sugar. Then add the blueberries to the mixture and stir in. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
