Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, mainly waxy
- 4 sprig(s) rosemary, fresh (alternatively 1 tsp dried)
- Salt
- Pepper, hot
- Paprika powder, hot
- n. B. garlic
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

crispy and without pre-cooking potatoes
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly, ideally using a food processor, or cut them into thin slices with a knife. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the potato slices and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Wash the rosemary sprigs, dry them lightly, and finely chop the needles. Season the potato slices with rosemary, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Fry for another 5 to 10 minutes. When the potatoes are crispy, they are ready to serve.
