Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Swabian meringue

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Slowly add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes. Then gently fold in the chocolate shavings and cocoa powder. Drop small spoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 125°C for about 35 minutes. Makes 30-35 pieces.
