Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 eggs
- 160 g walnuts, grated
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 250 g apples, coarsely grated
- some powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time. Combine the walnuts, flour, baking powder, and gingerbread spice and fold in along with the grated apples. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 60 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
