Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crunchy treat for cold days
For the filling, sauté the apple slices, water, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. For the dough, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the egg and salt. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to a crumbly mixture. Pour about half of the crumb mixture into a greased springform pan and press firmly into the bottom, forming a small raised edge. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or similar, then arrange the apples on top, followed by the remaining batter. Bake the cake at 200°C for about 40 minutes. This cake can be modified to use any fruit you like. If you like, you can also color the dough dark with cocoa powder.
