Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g margarine
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 140 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla for cooking
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup(s) milk
- 1 small can of fruit (tangerines, peaches or cherries)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix flour, sugar, egg, margarine, and baking powder into a shortcrust pastry. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. In the meantime, combine the quark with the eggs and sugar. Combine the pudding mix with the oil, sour cream, and milk, add to the quark mixture, and stir until smooth. Line a baking dish with the shortcrust pastry and spread the quark mixture on top. Top with the drained fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60-70 minutes.
