Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 10 g butter
  • ½ lemon(s) (juice)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp horseradish, coarsely grated (horseradish)
  • 1 dashes vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Apple horseradish

Sauté the peeled, cored apples with the butter, sugar, and lemon juice in as little water as possible until soft. Strain and, once cooled, mix with the grated horseradish. Season to taste with a splash of vinegar. This goes well with any type of cooked meat.
