Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g pitted dates
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 350 g cream cheese
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the dates and garlic clove in a blender and blend until smooth. Scrape the mixture down with a spatula. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, curry powder, salt, and pepper, and blend again. This dip is perfect with vegetable sticks, as a spread on bread, or with grilled dishes.
