Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g apples, unripe, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 ½ kg plum(s), quartered
- 3 cloves garlic, grated (optional!)
- 100 g raisins
- 500 ml apple cider vinegar
- 300 g gelling sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Chili pepper(s), finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Bring everything to a boil in a large pot and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Stir well and pour into prepared jars, seal immediately, and place lids on top. Tip: Cinnamon and ginger can be substituted with other spices of your choice!
