Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 70 g Parmesan cheese in one piece
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp oil (truffle oil)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Mix with truffle oil and crème fraîche, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Delicious with raw vegetables or as a side dish to a steak.
