  • 400 g sour cream
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp ajvar or other paprika paste

  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a spicy dip for grilled food – but also delicious as a spread

Peel and press the garlic, and mix it with the ajvar. Stir in the sour cream. Stir in the herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Finally, season with tomato ketchup and sugar. Both make the dip a little milder. Tip: The dragon dip tastes best if it’s been refrigerated for half a day. Note: Ajvar/paprika pastes vary in spiciness. It’s best to use less at first and adjust the seasoning later.
