Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter, soft
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- Salt
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- Pepper, black, freshly ground
Instructions

great on baguette, for parties or barbecues
Combine all ingredients—except the low-fat quark—in a bowl and mix using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Place the low-fat quark on a clean kitchen towel, wrap it in the towel, and squeeze out any liquid. Add the quark to the bowl and mix all ingredients together. Fold in the finely chopped chives. Spread the mixture into a dome on a wooden board and serve. Note: Liptauer cheese will keep in a plastic container with a lid in the refrigerator for several days.
