Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g oat flakes
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 45 g sesame seeds, unhulled
- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 25 g flaxseed
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 12 ½ g strawberries, freeze-dried

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Honey Crunchy Muesli
Thoroughly mix together honey, oil, vanilla sugar, oat flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, and flaxseed. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the granola has cooled slightly, mix with the cocoa and strawberries and let cool completely. This yields approximately 8-9 servings of 75g each. Store in an airtight jar.
