Apple gratin with walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Walnuts, chopped
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious dessert, not only in winter

Grate the apples and add lemon juice. Add all other ingredients (except cinnamon and walnuts) and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Sprinkle generously with chopped walnuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C. Serve with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
