Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
simply
Cook the tagliatelle pasta, cut the bacon into slices about 2mm thick, and spread half of it on the bottom of a sufficiently large casserole dish (not all over the dish). Drain the cooked pasta and spread a thin layer in the dish. Spread some ham or smoked pork on top of this layer of pasta, then add another layer of pasta. Repeat this process until all the pasta is used up; the last layer should be pasta. Whisk the eggs with the milk and spread evenly over the pasta. Finally, arrange the remaining bacon slices on top. Preheat the oven to 175 to 200 degrees Celsius (350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the casserole for 40 to 45 minutes. The casserole is ready when the bacon is crispy and the eggs are completely set. Other pasta options, such as macaroni and chips, are also suitable.
