Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 40 g fat
- 2 onions
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ liter crème fraîche
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- some cream
- 50 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta until tender, brown the minced meat with onions, tomato paste, salt, and pepper in hot oil, and layer the pasta in a greased casserole dish. Whisk the crème fraîche, a little cream, and the egg, pour over the casserole, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
