Pasta bake with Texicana salsa

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 bottle of Texicana Salsa sauce
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta and transfer it to a large casserole dish. Dice the bell peppers and peeled zucchini, and drain the mushrooms. Brown the ground beef with garlic and add it to the pasta. Then, briefly sauté the bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms in the frying fat, then add them to the casserole dish and mix with the pasta and ground beef. Add the Texicana salsa (you don’t need to use the whole bottle; use as much as you like) and mix well until the casserole is nice and red. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven.
