Apple casserole with quark and semolina

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 50 g semolina (durum wheat)
  • 250 g apples, sour
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Fold in the low-fat quark, salt, baking powder, and semolina and mix well. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Fold in the apples as well. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) on the bottom rack for about 40 minutes.
