Apple Lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 500 g apples
  • 100 g lasagna sheet(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan, sauté the flour, and gradually stir in the milk. Add the vanilla, salt, and sugar, bring to a boil, and let cool. Stir in the vanilla yogurt. Peel and chop the apples. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease a baking dish. Start with the vanilla sauce and layer the apples, lasagna sheets, and sauce alternately in the dish. Finish with a generous amount of sauce. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
