Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 8 beetroot
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the beets until al dente, let them cool, peel them, and slice them thinly. Finely chop the onion. Place everything in a bowl and season with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Tastes best when well-marinated.
