Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ head of lettuce
- 6 stalk(s) asparagus, green
- 2 tbsp chives
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch of sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the asparagus, peel the bottom third if necessary, and trim off 2 cm. Then finely chop the asparagus and cook in a little salted water for 10-15 minutes, depending on your preference. Finely chop 2 tablespoons of chives. Mix 1 tablespoon of chives with the remaining salad dressing ingredients and season to taste. Divide the lettuce and asparagus into bowls and drizzle with the dressing. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of chives over the salad.
