Orange-ginger smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large orange(s)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • possibly honey or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the orange, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Puree the orange, ginger, lime juice, and yogurt in a blender. Sweeten to taste. Tip: Experiment to find the ideal amount of ginger. If your blender isn’t very powerful and some of the orange peel remains, strain the juice through a sieve.
