Cream cheese jelly spoon dish with biscuit

Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 800 g yogurt 3.5%
  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 200 g vanilla pudding (1 cup ready-made product)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 750 g jelly, red or green, (6 cups ready-made products)
  • 1 handful of biscuits, crumbled

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Using a whisk, combine the quark, yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla pudding, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Spoon a small amount of this cream into the bowls. Mix the jelly in the cup until smooth. Pour half a cup of jelly onto each serving. Top with the cream cheese mixture again, but this time just a little bit, about a tablespoon. Sprinkle the finished servings with the biscuits you’ve previously crushed by hand. Tip: I used hazelnut biscuits with chocolate chips. But it’ll probably taste good with sponge fingers, too.
