Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 50 g yogurt
- 300 g grapes, dark
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 8 g cane sugar, brown and some for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
In a bowl, combine the quark, sour cream, and yogurt with the vanilla and brown sugar. Halve or quarter the grapes and fold them into the cream. Ladle into attractive glasses and serve sprinkled with brown sugar.
