Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mango(s), frozen
  • 60 g pineapple, frozen
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 2 oranges
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 150 ml water, warm
  • some honey
  • 1 pinch of Chlorella microalgae powder, optional
  • 1 pinch of Spirulina microalgae powder, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Place the mango and pineapple in a blender and puree with the warm water. Peel and add the kiwi and banana. Squeeze the lemon and oranges, add the juice and scraped pulp, and puree everything thoroughly. Season with honey, if desired. Stir in the chlorella and spirulina, if desired.
