Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 carrots
- 200g tofu
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 4 tbsp flour
- some salt and pepper
- n. B. Herbs of your choice
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Meatballs with a twist
Peel the carrots and finely grate them with a grater. Then roughly dice the tofu and mash it with a fork. Wash, trim, and finely dice the bell pepper. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Add the flour and mix well until the mixture forms flat patties. Fry in a pan with a little oil until nicely browned. The patties can now be served as burgers on buns or with a crisp salad. A super simple, healthy, and inexpensive meal.
