Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas, ripe, frozen
- 1 handful of berries, frozen mixed
- 1 shot of milk substitute of your choice, e.g. oat milk
- 1 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 tbsp barley flakes
- 1 tbsp, heaped coconut flakes, optional

Frozen for at least 5 hours or overnight, slice the bananas into large pieces and let them thaw at room temperature for at least 5 minutes. Then, place them in a blender along with the berries, oat milk, and cocoa powder. Blend for about 3 minutes until smooth, or use an immersion blender. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more oat milk and blend again. Pour the ice cream into a bowl, sprinkle with barley flakes and desiccated coconut, and enjoy immediately. Nice cream is great for breakfast or as a snack.
