- 200 g oat flakes
- 600 ml plant-based drink
- 300 g flour
- 300 ml water
- 2 pinches of salt
- 4 g baking soda
- 4 g baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar (no vanillin)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil per pancake for the pan

This recipe serves 4 hungry people. Combine the oats and plant-based milk in a blender. This will make the oats even finer. Then combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken. Stir briefly with a ladle. Cook in a small frying pan or pancake pan on the stovetop at low heat (e.g., 4/10). I used 40 ml of batter per pancake. This yields pancakes weighing approximately 60 g—a lot!
