mashed potatoes taste good with it

Halve the leek lengthwise, wash, and cut into thirds. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain the leek, reserving the leek stock. Brush the ham with mustard, spread the leek evenly on top, and wrap it up. Place in a greased casserole dish. For the sauce, briefly bring the milk and leek stock to a boil with the sauce powder, season with pepper and nutmeg, and pour over the leek rolls. Spread the breadcrumbs evenly over the sauce, sprinkle with paprika, and scatter the butter flakes on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25-30 minutes. Mashed potatoes go very well with this.
