Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp nuts, ground, (hazelnuts, almonds)
  • Raisins
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the oats with the yogurt and let it sit for a few minutes. In the meantime, wash and coarsely grate the apple. Add it to the oat mixture. Stir in a tablespoon of ground nuts, stir in raisins if desired, and season with a dash of cinnamon. Sweeten with a little honey, if desired.
