Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 1 small apple, cut into wedges
- 1 kiwi(s), peeled, cut into wedges
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 dashes lemon juice

vegan, with apple and pistachios, but without dairy products
Place the orange segments, apple slices, kiwi slices, oats, pistachios, and desiccated coconut in a small bowl. Season with brown sugar, lemon juice, and olive oil and serve.
