Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 25 g clementine(s) or mandarin oranges
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper, freshly ground, e.g. orange or mixed pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Dip or spread

Stir the cream cheese until smooth. Peel the clementine or tangerine, skin the individual segments, and scoop out the flesh. If it doesn’t fall apart, tear it into small pieces and add about 25g to the cream cheese. Cut the white part of the spring onions and a piece of the green part into strips and then cut it crosswise into small pieces. Add it to the cream cheese, mix well with a pinch of salt and a little pepper. Let it sit for a while before serving and season again to taste.
