Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g fresh herbs (parsley, chives, chervil, tarragon…)
  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche herbs (alternatively sour cream)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the herbs, reserving a few leaves for garnish, and finely chop the rest. Mix the quark with crème fraîche until smooth. Stir in the herbs. Season the spread with salt and pepper and serve with whole-grain bread.
