Pasta and mince casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 cans of tomatoes (pizza)
  • 400 g pasta
  • 100 g cheese (butter), grated
  • 1 package of diced breakfast bacon
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely slice the onion. Fry the minced meat and bacon in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pizza tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the oregano. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and grease the casserole dish. Add half of the pasta to the dish, followed by the ground beef sauce, and finally the pasta again. Sprinkle with cheese and a little oregano and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
