Baked meat rolls with cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g cheese (Edam), in one piece
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 slices of Leberkäse
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 6 rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ideal for parties or as a small snack

Finely chop the onions and garlic, and cut the Edam cheese, tomatoes, and meatloaf into small cubes. Mix everything with the minced meat and season the meat mixture with mustard, salt, pepper, and curry. Cut the rolls in half and generously cover each half with the minced meat mixture. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes and serve immediately.
