Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese (chili cream cheese)
- 3 eggs
- 100 g Cheddar, grated
- 300 g minced meat
- 2 handfuls of lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato(s)
- 5 slices of Cheddar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 2 pickles
- 1 small onion(s), red
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For the chili burger roll, thoroughly mix the chili cream cheese, eggs, and grated cheese. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. In the meantime, fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Mix together a sauce made from yogurt, mustard, and ketchup. Slice the gherkins lengthwise and cut the onion into half rings. Spread the minced meat over the slightly cooled chili dough, covering two-thirds of the surface. Spread the sliced cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, gherkins, and sauce on top. Using the baking paper as a guide, roll up tightly like a Swiss roll and enjoy.
