Glass noodles with shrimp sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Glass noodles, 2 nests
  • 100 ml water
  • 13 g sauce powder for light sauce
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 tsp curry paste, yellow
  • 100 g shrimp(s), thawed frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • oil
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and toss with a little oil. Finely dice the garlic cloves and sauté them with the shrimp in a little oil. Mix the sauce powder with water and then add it to the shrimp in the pan. Add the cream and curry paste and stir well. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and honey, add the noodles, and let it simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot. This sauce is a quick basic recipe and can be expanded to suit your taste.
