Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g wheat
- 250 ml water
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic
- 1 chili
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 40 g dried tomatoes
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tsp basil
- n. B. Salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
also called Weizli or Ebly
Brown the wheat (also called Weizli or Ebly) in a pan. After 2 minutes, add the water and salt. While the wheat absorbs the water, dice the onions and garlic and fry. Wash and deseed the peppers and chili, and when the onions become translucent, add them. Chop the tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the pan with the cream cheese. Once the wheat has absorbed the water, add them to the pan and fry briefly. Then add the Parmesan cheese and season with basil and salt.
