Bodybuilding, modified waffle recipe with low-fat curd cheese

Whisk the low-fat quark, raisins, and eggs together. Blend the oats into a flour using a mixer. Combine the flour with the egg white powder, spelt flour, sweetener, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Then add the flour mix in portions to the low-fat quark mix and whisk to combine. Add a little more sweetener and lemon flavoring if desired. Once everything is blended, add two large shots of mineral water and mix. The batter should be quite chewy. Now bake the batter in a waffle iron of your choice. This makes approximately 11 large waffle hearts.
