Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 180 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 300 g currants
- Fat for the mold
- 80 g flour
- 40 g sugar
- 50 g butter, soft

easy and fast
Mix the eggs, milk, oil, and sugar thoroughly. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth dough. For the crumble, knead the ingredients (flour, butter, and sugar) together well. Pour the batter into a greased 29 cm cake pan. Spread the currants and crumble on top. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
